  • Can I pre order or reserve items?
    It is possible to reserve items, we will do this for a maximum of 7 days. Because we never know what we have in stock, we cannot secure items that we do not have yet
  • can you search items for us?
    Yes that is possible. let us know what you are looking for (preferably also with an amount that it may cost) and we will search for you. As soon as we have found the item, we will contact you again.
  • Which payments do we accept?
    Payments we accept are PayPal or bank transfers. with any other payment methods we can always see what is possible
  • How fast do we ship the purchased items?
    We will ship the items as soon as possible. we will do this within 7 days
  • Do you ship to my country?
    Yes, we ship all over the world. you will hear before payment what the shipping costs are
  • How can I track my order?
    After shipment we will send you a track & trace code, this depends which carrier will send the items whether this is by mail or track & trace service. If you have paid for unregistered shipping, you will not be able to track your order.
  • When will I receive my items?
    We dispatch purchased items within ten 7 working days after received payment. After that, it's up to the postal services to deliver the item.
  • My order hasn't arrived yet. What now?
    Once we dispatch an order, it is in the hands of the postal services. Depending on the distance a item has to travel, it may take some time before it arrives at its destination. If you paid for registered shipment, please keep an eye on the progress of your order via www.internationalparceltracking.com. If it is taking too long or if you think something has gone wrong, please contact us as soon as possible and we will try to sort it out.
